Regulations Governing the Operation of Terrorism Financing Prevention Review Committee and the Sanction Measures and Restrictions Article 11

The Review Committee shall complete the review within one month after the competent authority proposes the sanction list or the removal from the sanction list to be reviewed, provided that emergent cases and humanitarian cases shall be reviewed in priority as soon as possible.If the person under sanction is located overseas, the situation shall be specified during the review to allow the competent authority to send a notification to the country in which the person under sanction is located.
