Narcotics Hazard Prevention Act Article 10
Persons convicted of using Category one narcotics shall be punished with a minimum six-month to a maximum five-year fixed-term imprisonment.Persons convicted of using Category two narcotics shall be punished with a maximum three-year fixed-term imprisonment.
