Rules for Attorney Disciplinary and Reviewing Procedures Article 4

Both of the Taiwan High Court and the Supreme Court shall appoint personnel to handle the administrative matters of the Attorney Ethics and Disciplinary Committee, the Attorney Disciplinary Re-Consideration Committee, the Attorney Disciplinary Re-Examination Committee, and the Attorney Disciplinary Re-Examination Re-Consideration Committee; provided, however, that the chairpersons of the above committees may assign appropriate personnel outside the court's staff to assist with such matters.The funds required for the handling of such matters of the committees mentioned in the preceding Paragraph shall be covered by the funding budgeted by both of the Taiwan High Court and the Supreme Court.
