Regulations Governing Pre-Service Training for Attorneys Article 12
The MOJ and the AJMJ or the TBA commissioned to conduct the training may dispatch official(s) to inspect the state of the training and, in this case, an intern shall not refuse the inspection.Personnel of the related bar associations may be invited to join the inspection.

法務部及受委任（託）辦理本訓練之司法官學院或全聯會得派員考察實務訓練實施情形，指導律師不得拒絕。
