Enforcement Rules for the Attorney Regulation Act Article 2
When applying for and receiving an attorney license, an applicant shall submit the application form and the documents certifying his or her qualifications and attach thereto proof of payment of the certificate fee and his or her two 2-inch half-body photographs taken within the past six months.
