Enforcement Rules for the Attorney Regulation Act Article 14

The competent social administrative authority or the local prosecutor’s office in the locality where a local bar association is located shall notify each other of the various sanctions imposed on such local bar association in accordance with Article 60 of the Act.The competent central social administrative authority or the MOJ shall notify each other of the various sanctions imposed by the National Bar Association in accordance with Article 71 of the Act.
