Enforcement Rules for the Attorney Regulation Act Article 12
The number of directors and supervisors of a bar association shall fall within their respective statutory number of seats; the number of directors shall not exceed one-half of the total number of members or member representatives of such bar association, and the number of supervisors shall not exceed that of directors.
