Attorney Regulation Act Article 8
The Ministry of Justice shall make a decision to approve or dismiss the application for an attorney license within three months from the acceptance of such application, except under any of the circumstances stated in the preceding Article. Such decision may be extended once for a period no longer than three months if necessary.The applicant should be notified to the said extension set forth in the preceding paragraph.

法務部受理律師證書之請領，除有前條情形外，應自受理申請之日起三個月內為准駁之決定；必要時，得延長一次，延長期間不得逾三個月。
