Attorney Regulation Act Article 21
An attorney may engage in legal practice when so retained by a client.An attorney's legal practice includes, but is not limited to, handling trademarks, patents, commercial and industrial registrations, land registrations, immigrants, employment services and other legally permissible law related matters.An attorney, in the course of his/her legal practice, shall in all circumstances observe and abide by relevant laws and regulations.

律師得受當事人之委任，辦理法律事務。
律師得辦理商標、專利、工商登記、土地登記、移民、就業服務及其他依法得代理之事務。
律師辦理前項事務，應遵守有關法令規定。
