Attorney Regulation Act Article 144
The term "National Bar Association" as used in this Act refers to the Taiwan Bar Association before December 31, 2020.The charter published and implemented by the Taiwan Bar Association in conflict with this Act shall become invalid after the implementation of this Act as amended on December 13, 2019.The term of office of the directors, supervisors and member representatives of the Taiwan Bar Association of the eleventh term shall end on December 31, 2020.The Taiwan Bar Association shall be renamed the National Bar Association after January 1, 2021.

本法稱全國律師聯合會者，於中華民國一百零九年十二月三十一日以前，指中華民國律師公會全國聯合會。
中華民國律師公會全國聯合會已公布施行之章程與本法牴觸者，自本法中華民國一百零八年十二月十三日修正之條文施行之日起，失其效力。
中華民國律師公會全國聯合會第十一屆理事、監事及會員代表之任期，至中華民國一百零九年十二月三十一日為止。
中華民國律師公會全國聯合會自中華民國一百十年一月一日起，更名為全國律師聯合會。
中華民國律師公會全國聯合會已公布施行之章程與本法牴觸者，自本法中華民國一百零八年十二月十三日修正之條文施行之日起，失其效力。
中華民國律師公會全國聯合會第十一屆理事、監事及會員代表之任期，至中華民國一百零九年十二月三十一日為止。
