A foreign legal affairs attorney shall be referred to disciplinary proceedings if:1. he/she violates Paragraph 2 of Article 120, Article 121 and Article 122 hereof; or2. he/she has been convicted for a criminal act except a crime by negligence.

外國法事務律師有下列情事之一者，應付懲戒：
一、違反第一百二十條第二項、第一百二十一條或第一百二十二條規定。
二、犯罪行為經判刑確定。
但因過失犯罪，不在此限。
