Where the cause for interruption of the period of the limitation of execution of punishment has continued to exist from the time before the enforcement of the Criminal Code, the provisions of paragraph 3 of Article 85 shall apply. Such a period shall commence from the day on which the Criminal Code becomes effective.

刑法施行前，行刑權之時效停止原因繼續存在者，適用刑法第八十五條第三項之規定，其期間自刑法施行之日起算。
