Where a person who has received the pronounced of probation or who has been paroled prior to the enforcement of the Criminal Code, he may be put under probation during the period of suspension or shall be put under probation during the parole after the enforcement of the Criminal Code.

刑法施行前，受緩刑之宣告或假釋出獄者，刑法施行後，於其緩刑期內得付保護管束，假釋中，付保護管束。
