A punishment of life imprisonment shall not be increased.If a punishment of life imprisonment is reduced, the punishment shall be imprisonment for a period of not more than twenty years but not less than fifteen years.

無期徒刑不得加重。
無期徒刑減輕者，為二十年以下十五年以上有期徒刑。
無期徒刑減輕者，為二十年以下十五年以上有期徒刑。
