A person who damages, or renders useless a structure, mine, or vessel belonging to another shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than six months but not more than five years.If death results from the commission of the offense, the offender shall be sentenced to life imprisonment or imprisonment for not less than seven years; if aggravated injury results, the offender shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than three years but not more than ten years.An attempt to commit an offense specified in paragraph 1 is punishable.

毀壞他人建築物、礦坑、船艦或致令不堪用者，處六月以上五年以下有期徒刑。
因而致人於死者，處無期徒刑或七年以上有期徒刑，致重傷者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
第一項之未遂犯罰之。
