A person who by intimidation causes another to deliver over a thing belonging to him or to a third person for purpose to exercise unlawful control over it it for himself or for a fourth person shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than six months but not more than five years; in addition thereto, a fine of not more than thirty thousand dollars may be imposed.A person who by the means specified in the preceding paragraph takes an illegal benefit in property for him or a third person shall be subject to the same punishment.An attempt to commit an offense specified in one of the two preceding paragraphs is punishable.

意圖為自己或第三人不法之所有，以恐嚇使人將本人或第三人之物交付者，處六月以上五年以下有期徒刑，得併科三萬元以下罰金。
以前項方法得財產上不法之利益或使第三人得之者，亦同。
