A person who for purpose to exercise unlawful control over other’s property for himself or for a third person takes property of another from a fees-collecting apparatus shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than one year, short-term imprisonment, or a fine not more than one hundred thousand yuan.A person who takes an illegal benefit in property for himself or for a third person is subject to the same punishment.An attempt to commit an offense specified in one of the two preceding paragraphs is punishable.

意圖為自己或第三人不法之所有，以不正方法由收費設備取得他人之物者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或十萬元以下罰金。
以前項方法得財產上不法之利益或使第三人得之者，亦同。
前二項之未遂犯罰之。
