Criminal Code of the Republic of China Article 326

A person who commits an offense specified in paragraph 1 of the preceding article under one of the circumstances specified in paragraph 1 of Article 321 shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than one year but not more than seven years.An attempt to commit an offense specified in the preceding paragraph is punishable.

犯前條第一項之罪，而有第三百二十一條第一項各款情形之一者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
