A person who without reason enters a dwelling house or structure of another, the adjacent or surrounding grounds, or a vessel belonging to another shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than one year, short-term imprisonment, or a fine of not more than nine thousand dollars.A person who without reason conceals himself in the property specified in the preceding paragraph or refuses to leave upon request shall be subject to the same punishment.

無故侵入他人住宅、建築物或附連圍繞之土地或船艦者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或九千元以下罰金。
無故隱匿其內，或受退去之要求而仍留滯者，亦同。
