A person who forcibly abducts a female person for purpose that she marry him or another shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than five years.A person who forcibly abducts a female for purpose of gain or for purpose to cause her to commit an obscene act or submit to sexual intercourse shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than one year but not more than seven years; in addition thereto, a fine of not more than thirty thousand dollars may be imposed.An attempt to commit an offense specified in one of the two preceding paragraphs is punishable.

意圖使婦女與自己或他人結婚而略誘之者，處五年以下有期徒刑。
意圖營利、或意圖使婦女為猥褻之行為或性交而略誘之者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑，得併科三萬元以下罰金。
前二項之未遂犯罰之。
