A person who publicly insults a shrine, temple, church, grave, or public memorial place shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than six months, short-term imprisonment, or a fine of not more than nine thousand dollars.A person who interferes with a funeral, burial, sacrifice, religious service, or worship shall be subject to the same punishment.
