A person who transports an abducted person specified in one of the two preceding articles beyond the territory of the Republic of China shall be sentenced to life imprisonment or imprisonment for not less than seven years.An attempt to commit an offense specified in the preceding paragraph is punishable.

移送前二條之被誘人出中華民國領域外者，處無期徒刑或七年以上有期徒刑。
