A person who by fraudulent means enters into a void or voidable marriage which is declared void or is annulled by final decision shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than three years.

以詐術締結無效或得撤銷之婚姻，因而致婚姻無效之裁判或撤銷婚姻之裁判確定者，處三年以下有期徒刑。
