A person who commits an offense specified in paragraph 1 of Article 231, paragraph 1 and 2 of Article 231-1 against a person under his supervision assistance, caring as specified in Article 228 or against his wife shall be punished by increasing up to one half the punishments prescribed in these paragraphs and articles.
