A person who manufactures a weight or measure not in conformity with the legal standard or alters a weight or measure which is in conformity with the legal standard with purpose that it be used shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than one year, short-term imprisonment, or a fine of not more than nine thousand dollars.

意圖供行使之用，而製造違背定程之度量衡，或變更度量衡之定程者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或九千元以下罰金。
