A person who violates a quarantine law or order concerning inspection or immigration promulgated for the prevention of contagious diseases shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than two years, short-term imprisonment, or a fine of not more than thirty thousand dollars.A person who endangers public safety by exposing a corpse having infectious germs or who by other means spreads disease germs shall be subject to the same punishment.

違背關於預防傳染病所公布之檢查或進口之法令者，處二年以下有期徒刑、拘役或三萬元以下罰金。
暴露有傳染病菌之屍體，或以他法散布病菌，致生公共危險者，亦同。
