A person who tenders, promises to give, or gives unjust gains to a witness, appraiser, expert witness, or interpreter so that he or she agrees not to testify, make an appraisal, or provide interpretation, or so that he or she agrees to provides testimony, appraisal, or interpretation in a particular manner, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than three years; in addition thereto, a fine of not more than three hundred thousand dollars may be imposed.Any witness, appraiser, expert witness, or interpreter who demands, takes or promises to take unlawful in connection with his or her testimony, appraisal, or interpretation, shall be subject to the same punishment.

對於證人、鑑定人、專家證人或通譯，行求、期約或交付不正利益，而約其不為證言、鑑定或傳譯，或約其為一定之證言、鑑定或傳譯者，處三年以下有期徒刑，得併科三十萬元以下罰金。
證人、鑑定人、專家證人或通譯就證言、鑑定或傳譯之事項，要求、期約或收受不正利益者，亦同。
