A person who by threat, violence, or other illegal means interferes with another in the free exercises of his right to vote at a political election duly authorized by law or in the free exercise of his other voting right shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than five years.An attempt to commit an offense specified in the preceding paragraph is punishable.

以強暴脅迫或其他非法之方法，妨害他人自由行使法定之政治上選舉或其他投票權者，處五年以下有期徒刑。
