2007 Criminal Commutation Act Article 14
Punishments for offenses deserving commutation in accordance with this Act that includes deprivation of civil rights exceeding one year in the pronounced sentences shall be resentenced on the deprivation of civil rights portion based on the commutation terms of the principal punishment, and its minimum length shall not be less than one year.
