The Township and County-Administered City Mediation Act Article 34
The expenses for the mediation committee shall be compiled, by townships and county-administered cities, according to the need in practice, into the self-governing budget of townships and county-administered cities. The expenses for the cases transferred from the courts by the ruling shall be born by the courts.For enhancing the promotion of the mediation matters, the Minster of the Interior, the Minister of Justice, and county governments can compile the budget for the rewards for the performance of the mediation committees of townships and county-administered cities.

調解委員會之經費，應由鄉、鎮、市公所就實際需要，編入鄉、鎮、市自治預算。
但法院裁定移付調解事件之經費，由法院負擔。
