The Township and County-Administered City Mediation Act Article 21
The members shall, in the mediation proceeding, clarify the truth of the fact and the issues in dispute and conduct the necessitated investigation.The mediation committee may, when conducting the mediation under this Act, request the assistance of some other relevant agencies where necessary.
