The Township and County-Administered City Mediation Act Article 19
The mediation proceeding shall be conducted by the members in the city hall of townships or county-administered cities, or where necessary, at another appropriate venues.Except otherwise upon the agreement with both parties, the mediation proceeding may not be open for the public.The members, the persons sitting in on the meeting of the mediation, helping with the party, and working in coordination with the mediators, and the clerks handling the mediation case shall keep in confidence all of the information with regard to the mediation matters, except that the information has already been disclosed to the public.
中文原文 鄉鎮市調解條例第19條
調解，由調解委員於當地鄉、鎮、市公所或其他適當之處所行之。
調解程序，不公開之。
但當事人另有約定者，不在此限。
調解委員、列席協同調解人及經辦調解事務之人，對於調解事件，除已公開之事項外，應保守秘密。
