The agent is fully authorized with regard to the negotiaion, but special authorization is required regarding waiving the claim for the compensation, revoking the request for the compensation, receiving the payment and the restoration of the prior condition, and selecting agents. Any limitation of the authorization shall be stated in the authorization document prescribed in the preceding article.

委任代理人就其受委任之事件，有為一切協議行為之權，但拋棄損害賠償請求權、撤回損害賠償之請求、領取損害賠償金、受領原狀之回復或選任代理人，非受特別委任，不得為之。
