Foundations Act Article 32
Where the establishment approval of a foundation is revoked or rescinded by the competent authority, the preceding Article shall apply mutatis mutandis.The competent authority, upon revocation or rescission of a foundation’s establishment approval, shall notify the registered court for dissolution registration.
