Foundations Act Article 17
The interest referred to in the preceding two Articles means, as a result of the director, supervisor, chief executive officer and person with similar position’s execution of their duties, an improper increase of money, articles or other property value to such persons or their related parties.The related parties referred to in the preceding paragraph and the preceding three Articles means the spouse or relatives within the second degree.
