Trust Law Article 83
The term "charitable trust" or any terms likely to mislead others into believing a trust as being related to a charitable trust shall not be used without approval.A violator of the preceding paragrph shall be imposed by the industry's regulatory authority with a fine of not less than NT$ 10,000 and not more than N$100,000.

未經許可，不得使用公益信託之名稱或使用易於使人誤認為公益信託之文字。
違反前項規定者，由目的事業主管機關處新臺幣一萬元以上十萬元以下罰鍰。
