Trust Law Article 8
A trust relation shall not be extinguished because the settlor or trustee dies, becomes bankrupt or loses his legal capacity unless the trust act provides otherwise.The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall govern if the settlor or trustee is a legal entity and ceases to be an on-going concern on account of dissolution or cancellation of company registration.

信託關係不因委託人或受託人死亡、破產或喪失行為能力而消滅。
但信託行為另有訂定者，不在此限。
委託人或受託人為法人時，因解散或撤銷設立登記而消滅者，適用前項之規定。
