Trust Law Article 79
In the absence of any right holder of trust property as provided in the trust act upon the termination of a trust relation, the industry's regulatory authority may, for similar purposes, cause the trust relation to remain in force and effect, or cause the trust property to be transferred to other charitable legal entities or charitable trusts established for similar purposes.

公益信託關係消滅，而無信託行為所訂信託財產歸屬權利人時，目的事業主管機關得為類似之目的，使信託關係存續，或使信託財產移轉於有類似目的之公益法人或公益信託。
