Trust Law Article 5
A trust act shall be null and void if（1）the trust is established for any purpose against the mandatory or prohibitive regulations;（2）the trust is established for any purpose contrary to the public order or good morals;（3）the trust is established mainly for serving administrative appeal or litigation purposes; or（4）the trust designates a beneficiary prohibited by law from holding any specific property rights.

信託行為，有左列各款情形之一者，無效：
一、其目的違反強制或禁止規定者。
二、其目的違反公共秩序或善良風俗者。
三、以進行訴願或訴訟為主要目的者。
四、以依法不得受讓特定財產權之人為該財產權之受益人者。
