Trust Law Article 47
In the event of change of a trustee, the trust property shall be deemed to be transferred to the new trustee upon the termination of the former trustee's duties.The trust property shall devolve upon other trustees upon the termination of one of the trustee's duties.

受託人變更時，信託財產視為於原受託人任務終了時，移轉於新受託人。
共同受託人中之一人任務終了時，信託財產歸屬於其他受託人。
