Trust Law Article 38
A trustee shall have the right to claim compensation if the trustee is a trust business or if such compensation is provided in the trust act.Upon the request of the settlor, the trustee, the beneficiary or other trustees of the same trust, the court may reduce or increase the amount of compensation agreed upon if the amount is apparently unreasonable by taking into the then current situation or because of change in the circumstances.

受託人係信託業或信託行為訂有給付報酬者，得請求報酬。
約定之報酬，依當時之情形或因情事變更顯失公平者，法院得因委託人、受託人、受益人或同一信託之其他受託人之請求增減其數額。
