Regulations on Permission and Supervision of Legal Affairs Charitable Trusts Article 9
The trustee shall, within three months after the end of each year, inspect the following documents and send them to the trust supervisor for review and report to the Ministry for future reference:1. The trust transaction report for the year.2. The income and expenditure calculation statement and balance sheet for the year.3. The list of trust assets at the end of the year.For each of the documents mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the trustee shall, within 30 days from the day after the service of the notice for the inspection of Ministry, publish at the place where the trust is executed and the information network announcement for at least three consecutive years.

受託人應於每一年度終了後三個月內，檢具下列文件，送信託監察人審核後，報本部備查：
一、該年度信託事務處理報告書。
二、該年度收支計算表及資產負債表。
三、該年度終了時信託財產目錄。
前項各款文件，受託人應於本部備查通知送達之翌日起三十日內，於其執行信託事務之場所及資訊網路公告至少連續三年。
