Regulations on Permission and Supervision of Legal Affairs Charitable Trusts Article 27
When the charitable trust relationship is eliminated, the trustee shall make the following documents and report to the Ministry within 15 days after obtaining the trust supervisor's approval:1. Trust affair processing report2. Statement of settlement3. Suggestions of the vesting of property and other opinion(s).

公益信託關係消滅時，受託人應作成左列文件，並於取得信託監察人承認後十五日內，向本部申報：
