Where a trust supervisor applies for resignation in accordance with Articles 76 and 57 of this Law, he shall submit the following documents in duplicate to the Ministry:1. Application(s)2. Reasons of resignation in written form(s)3. Trust affair processing report4. Suggestions of new trust supervisors(s)
