Administrative Procedure Act Article 70
Service on a foreign juristic person or entity having a business office or business establishment within the Republic of China shall be executed on its representative or manager residing in the Republic of China.Paragraph 3 of the preceding article shall apply mutatis mutandis to service effected in pursuance of the preceding paragraph.

對於在中華民國有事務所或營業所之外國法人或團體為送達者，應向其在中華民國之代表人或管理人為之。
