The Arbitration Law of ROC Article 7
Person under any of the following circumstances shall not be an arbitrator:1.Has been convicted of corruption or malfeasance.2.Has been convicted of any other offense and sentenced to imprisonment for one year or more.3.Has been deprived of civil rights and has not yet been reinstated.4.Has been declared bankrupt and has not yet been reinstated.5.Has been declared under guardianship or assistantship and the declaration has not yet been revoked.6.Is a minor.

有下列各款情形之一者，不得為仲裁人：
一、犯貪污、瀆職之罪，經判刑確定。
二、犯前款以外之罪，經判處有期徒刑一年以上之刑確定。
三、經褫奪公權宣告尚未復權。
四、破產宣告尚未復權。
五、受監護或輔助宣告尚未撤銷。
六、未成年人。
