The Arbitration Law of ROC Article 42
In the event that a party files a motion to set aside an arbitral award, the court may, upon the party’s request, order a stay of enforcement of the arbitral award, provided that the applicant furnishes appropriate and definite security.If the court sets aside an arbitral award, it shall, by its authority, simultaneously revoke any enforcement order issued in connection with the award.

當事人提起撤銷仲裁判斷之訴者，法院得依當事人之聲請，定相當並確實之擔保，裁定停止執行。
仲裁判斷，經法院撤銷者，如有執行裁定時，應依職權併撤銷其執行裁定。
