The Arbitration Law of ROC Article 29
A party who knows or ought to know that the arbitral proceedings are in violation of this Law or the arbitration agreement, and nevertheless proceeds without raising an objection, shall be deemed to have waived the right to object.Any objection shall be decided by the arbitral tribunal, and such decision shall not be subject to appeal.The assertion of an objection shall not suspend the arbitral proceedings.

當事人知悉或可得而知仲裁程序違反本法或仲裁協議，而仍進行仲裁程序者，不得異議。
