Enforcement Act of the Part of Rights In Rem of the Civil Code Article 18
The provisions of Article 883 of the amended Civil Code also apply to mortgages on superficies or on dian rights, and to other mortgages, created before the coming into force of the amended Rights in Rem part of the Civil Code.
