Civil Code Article 965

If several persons possess a thing in common, each possessor cannot demand for the protection of possession against other possessor in so far as the extent of using the said thing is concerned.

數人共同占有一物時，各占有人就其占有物使用之範圍，不得互相請求占有之保護。
